Viviana Gonzalez grew up in Bogotá, Colombia, and has lived most of her adult life in Aspen, CO. After moving to the mountains, she developed a deeper connection to nature, which inspired her love for yoga and a more conscious lifestyle.

Viviana began her yoga and Ayurvedic journey in 2017 and has since become a lifelong student of Ayurveda, specializing in acute therapies and health counseling. She is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Ayurvedic Body Therapist, trained at The California College of Ayurveda. Her certifications include Abhyanga, Ayurvedic Facials, Ayurvedic Bliss Therapies, Marma Point Therapy, and Chakra Dough Basti. In addition, she is also a licensed esthetician trained at the Denver School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics, which allows her to combine holistic Ayurvedic traditions with advanced skin care practices to support both inner and outer wellbeing.

Over the years, Viviana has pursued education at the California College of Ayurveda, The Ayurvedic Institute, Hridaya Yoga in Mazunte, Mexico, and through yoga workshops at Yogaville in Virginia. These experiences deepened her knowledge of yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, yogic diet, and lifestyle—highlighting the importance of daily practice in achieving ultimate health.

Viviana has personally experienced the transformative power of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and holistic skincare. These practices have helped her overcome physical challenges while cultivating peace of mind and spirit. Today, she is dedicated to inspiring and empowering others to make healthier choices that enhance their overall quality of life and wellbeing.
